Bank holiday weekends and the Ludlow Food Festival weekend are minimum 2 night bookings.

A deposit of £30 per booking payable by cheque to Ms M J Bateman is required to secure your booking.  This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation unless the room can be re-let.  We advise that we do not have facilities in place for payment by card.

We ask that guests arrive no earlier than 4 pm although we do try to be flexible, so if an earlier arrival time is necessary it may be possible if pre-arranged.

Breakfast is usually served between 8.00 am and 9.30 am.  Earlier breakfasts can be arranged with prior notice if required.

We expect that you will be out and about after breakfast to enjoy the area. Your room will be cleaned between 10.00 am and 12.00 noon every day.

In order for rooms to be made ready for following guests we request that you vacate your room by 10.30 am on day of departure.
