We have been at the farm since March 2005. We farm organically and have a herd of Hereford cattle, a flock of mixed sheep and three Glouchester Old Spot pigs, as well as the various poultry around the farm. Lambing takes place in February/March and calving begins in March.

Ward Farm is a tenanted farm on the Westhope Estate. We believe the house dates back to roughly 1890.

We are pleased when visitors take an interest in the farm and we are happy to show guests around, although it is advisable to ask, as there may be times when Richard is deeply involved in some very important animal or machinery manoeuvre!
We had a considerable amount of work to do to establish the farm and bring the house up to Bed & Breakfast standards and we are very proud to have been awarded a 4 Star rating with Visit Britain.
